घटक - Name of the colours
You have so far learnt the name of various colours. Let us see a few colours The order of these colours can be known by the acronym 'vibgyor" i.e. violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. A part from these white and black are the basic colours. A number of other shades can be formed by mixing two or more colours e.g. blue + yellow makes green, black + white makes grey.
आता आपण रंगांची नावे इंग्रजीतून शिकून घेऊ इंद्रधनुष्यातील रंग हे प्राथमिक रंग. त्यांच्यात काळा व पांढरा रंग मिसळून त्यांच्या छटा तयार करता येतात. त्याचप्रमाणे दोन रंग मिसळून नवीन रंग तयार करता येतो.
Black - ब्लॅक - काळा
Brown - ब्राउन - तपकिरी
Yellow - यलो - पिवळा
Red - रेड - लाल
Orange - ऑरेंज - नारिंगी
Green - ग्रीन - हिरवा
Pink - पिंक - गुलाबी
Blue - ब्लु - निळा
White - व्हाईट - पांढरा
Purple - परपल - जांभळा
